FAQ's

How many people can I invite to my event?

Each party package listing has a different number of participating guests that can join in the fun! Fortunately, parents and other bystanders are not included in the "participating guests" list, so your child can have fun with their friends and their favorite princess while you relax and watch the fun with the other parents!

What areas do you service?

We are proud to service locations in Calgary, Okotoks, and High River and their respective surrounding areas. However, we also offer virtual parties, which are available to anyone in any location!

When do I pay for the party I booked? How do I pay for it?

You can pay for the party package any time after your booking is approved, keeping in mind that we require at least a 50% deposit one week prior to your event. We have three options for payment:

  1. You can pay the entire sum after receiving your confirmation email that secures your booking slot. You will receive an invoice to your email where you will be able to enter your payment information and pay for your booking up front.

  2. You can pay a 50% deposit via e-transfer to teagansymon.ttpp@gmail.com at least one week prior to your event and pay the rest of the sum via e-transfer to the same email address when you are satisfied with your purchase after the event.

  3. You can pay a 50% deposit via e-transfer to teagansymon.ttpp@gmail.com at least one week prior to your event and pay the rest of the sum in cash when you are satisfied with your purchase after the event.

All of these options will ensure that your booking remains secure; however, each payment plan requires slightly different communication levels with us. If you wish to pursue payment plan 2 or 3, please let us know by sharing this with us in the booking form during checkout.

What age group are your party packages best suited for? Can you cater to individuals with disabilities?

Our party packages are catered towards children between the ages of 1-11 years. However, we are inclusive towards people of any age or ability level and are happy to adapt to your/your child's needs as you see fit! 

How far in advance should I book my event?

We require that you book your event at least one week in advance; however, to ensure that your booking is secured for the date and time of your choosing, we recommend that you book further in advance to avoid disappointment.

What should I do to prepare for the event?

We typically suggest sending invitations early and sharing an RSVP list with us to make the party more personalized for the guests - children love it when their favorite princess already seems to know them! Additionally, we recommend setting the party to start approximately 30 minutes before your hired princess arrives so any latecomers are guaranteed to have the opportunity to participate in the excitement.
